Jason Farmer is CEO and co-Founder of Stratice Healthcare.

Jason drives Stratice Healthcare’s core mission, strategic growth plan and the expansion of its ePrescribing solution to continue the digitalization of patient care.  Heavily involved in Stratice’s national deployment of eOrdersPlus™, he guides the execution of large system integration and adoption opportunities as well as the maturation of the company’s diverse industry partnerships.  After focusing on the Company’s initial growth capitalization strategies, Jason shifted focus to manage and implement Stratice’s corporate & business development strategies, and its industry partner relationships on both sides of Stratice’s two-sided network connecting healthcare professionals and providers of patients’ post-acute care medical needs.

Prior to joining Stratice’s executive management team, Jason founded a venture capital and private equity firm based in Indianapolis with offices in New York and Hong Kong.  While serving as its Managing Director, his investment firm’s principals and operating partners joined portfolio companies in advisory and interim senior management roles to help drive company organization, management team build-outs, capital formation strategies, effective product and service development plans, and market rollouts.  In addition to investments in multiple start-up and early stage SaaS-model technology companies, Jason led the successful acquisition of companies in healthcare, financial services and energy sectors.  Jason spent the first 15 years of his professional career executing venture capital investments and private equity-backed transactions as a corporate finance attorney — exceeding $3B in aggregate transaction value.  Prior to graduate school and his corporate finance and investment career, he spent five years in the Silicon Valley working with a wide range of start-up and fast-growth companies within various software, technology, biotech and e-commerce sectors.

Jason earned his MBA from the University of Louisville, his JD from The Brandeis School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California.

Scott Fankhauser

Scott Fankhauser is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Stratice Healthcare.  Scott is responsible for assisting with the strategic direction of the Company, and sourcing, directing, and evaluating new opportunities within the Company’s strategic growth and development plans.

Scott brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience to Stratice, accompanied by demonstrable expertise with successful startup & early stage companies, turn-around opportunities, large mergers and acquisitions, and successful divestitures.

Prior to joining Stratice, Scott was the Chief Investment Officer for Mainstreet — a nationally recognized healthcare developer and operator where he oversaw more than $400M worth of deals for both internal and 3rd party healthcare investment opportunities; worked alongside major hospital networks to uncover their post-acute facility needs (specifically relating to Skilled Nursing Facilities, LTACH, Assisted Living, and Memory Care verticals).  Additionally, Scott served as the interim CFO for Mainstreet Health, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mainstreet, where he redeveloped the financial and business model that ultimately culminated in the successful spin-out and launching of over a half dozen Skilled Nursing Facilities in Texas with cumulative revenue in excess of $100M over a 12-month period.

Scott also served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Launch Indiana, and as an executive advisor of eCeptacle, a 2016 CES Top-10 Digital Innovation start-up. From its inception in 2014 until it was acquired in 2015 as part of the acquisition of its parent company, Scott was the CEO of OPEN, LLC, a wholly-owned educational SaaS initiative of a large multinational organization.  From 2011-2013, Scott was the CEO of Eclipse Berry Farms, LLC (“EBF”) where he led the turn-around, 2x growth, and recapitalization efforts of the $200mm enterprise. From 2007 through 2011, Scott was director of acquisitions at Teays River Investments, LLC — a private equity firm with over $1 billion in assets under management. Scott was a voting member of the boards of the companies in which Teays invested.

Scott earned his BA as well as an MBA in finance from Indiana University, and he is a former member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Chad Hammerstrom

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Chad Hammerstrom is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Stratice Healthcare.

Chad has primary responsibility for driving Company growth through vendor partnerships, strategic industry relationships, capitalization strategies and helping manage its strategic planning and business development functions.

Chad founded Net-Rx in 2002 — a Healthcare technology company focusing on Business Analytics and Third Party Claims reconciliation. In 2010 he sold Net-Rx to Managed Healthcare Associates, Inc., the largest Post Acute Care GPO and assumed the role of Vice President of Healthcare Technology and Services.  During his tenure at MHA, HChad had sole responsibility for Net-Rx as well as driving various Technology initiatives for MHA.  In his role as VP of Healthcare Technology and Services, Chad worked in close collaboration with MHA’s business unit leaders to support MHA’s companies’ growth through the acquisition of technology companies as well as bringing new products and services to MHA’s technology portfolio.

In his 20 plus year career in Healthcare, Chad founded and has held executive leadership roles with several companies including a regional chain of drug stores, pharmacy practice management software, and IT solution companies.  Chad is an active investor in several healthcare verticals, and serves on the Board of Directors for Western Construction Services — a commercial general contractor company.

Hammerstrom is very active in his community coaching various youth sports and serving on multiple committees and boards serving youth in his home town.   Chad, his wife and two daughters reside in Washougal, Washington.


John LeRoy is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Stratice Healthcare.  LeRoy oversees our Company's primary sales strategies, activities and national implementations supporting our larger HME/DME supplier and manufacturer customer relationships.  In addition to managing our primary sales business function, LeRoy is instrumental in helping guide Stratice's expansion and deployment of eOrdersPlus within the home health agency vertical, and supporting managed care and workers compensation plans.

Prior to joining Stratice both as an investor and member of our executive leadership team, LeRoy was continuing his HME/DME career as a dedicated, highly focused expert in medical product and equipment sales, new product development and market development.  LeRoy was CEO and Founder of Safe n' Simple, a specification manufacturer of medical products including ostomy care and surgical dressings which he successfully exited in 2016. Prior to founding his own HME manufacturing and supplies company, LeRoy held regional sales leadership positions GENEX Services for 3 years - a large national workers compensation plan.  For the previous 11 years, LeRoy had the privilege of holding regional sales leadership positions with Byram Healthcare, one of Stratice's large supplier customer relationships, where he enjoyed leading focused, loyal and motivated sales teams.

As a result of his tenure with industry-leading HME supply, manufacturing, and insurer/payer organizations, as well as the benefit of founding, operating and exiting his own successful HME companies, LeRoy's strong brand vision, passionate support of product integrity, and his ability to create long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships throughout his extensive network and market channel relationships are motivational to his new team.

LeRoy earned his Bachelors of Science degree focusing in Medical Technology.  John and his wife, Nicole, reside in Michigan.

Bobby Moran

Senior Director Of Operations

Bobby Moran is the Senior Director of Operations for Stratice Healthcare.

Moran oversees daily operations and management of Stratice’s Supplier Network including account management, recruitment & contracting, training, and customer retention functions.  Moran also coordinates daily operational support for our eOrdersPlus EHR integrations and web-based applications. In addition, Moran participates as one of our Company’s key business liaisons providing ongoing guidance and market feedback to Stratice’s “agile” software development team.

Prior to joining Stratice Healthcare in a full-time capacity, Moran consulted with our Company for two years on a regular basis. Moran was instrumental in contributing his extensive knowledge of HME/DME providers’ market opportunities and industry challenges to help drive the evolution of eOrdersPlus.  Bobby also played a significant role in the initial development and maintenance of Stratice’s intuitive, electronic product ordering processes and underlying decision-support logic.

Moran has over 15 years of experience in the HME/DME industry, including 13 years with a large HME/DME supplier operation located in Indianapolis. During his extended tenure with the organization, Moran was promoted through the ranks from an entry-level technician to Manager of Rehab Sales and Services focusing on complex ambulatory and complex mobility equipment (manual & power) as well as home and vehicle modifications.  Moran has extensive knowledge of durable medical equipment usage and maintenance, delivery routing and dispatch operations, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance audit processes, accreditation, P&L management, and the daily operational challenges faced by HME/DME businesses.

Moran received his business education through Indiana University Kokomo’s Bachelors of Science Business Degree program with a concentration in Marketing.


Chief Development Officer

Amardeep Chana is the Chief Development Officer for Stratice Healthcare.

With over 26 years of experience in product development and software engineering at fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and consulting, Chana has extensive experience leading teams that transform business ideas into working solutions solving difficult customer problems.

Before taking his current role, Chana was Stratice Healthcare’s Solution Architect and worked with an industry leading Agile Coach to help implement both Kanban and Scrum in their development team. A very successful endeavor, Chana continues in his current role to champion and adopt the Agile Methodologies that bring robust and secure features to the eOrdersPlus software system in a predictable and timely manner.

Prior to joining Stratice, Chana worked at JDSU as a Principal Software Engineer. In this role he was responsible for the vision, design, and deployment of scalable and reusable software frameworks that leveraged feature ideas quickly and effectively. A recent clean sheet design was a Spectrum Analyzer for the broadband internet industry that brought market leading capabilities to enable the national rollout of gigabit data networks to consumers.

During the course of his career, Chana held engineering and team leadership roles at Xerox and Kodak on multi-billion dollar revenue product families. He learned many processes and people skills as well as establishing the business relationships needed for an engineering team to succeed. Chana also provided IT consulting services for health care organizations including the Home Health Care Unit at Medina Memorial Hospital where he made improvements to their Medicare billing system.

Chana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He volunteers his time and skills to help the community during emergencies and natural disasters by providing communications through the Amateur Radio Emergency Service.

John Brady


John Brady is a Co-Founder of Stratice Healthcare.

Previously, Brady served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for Arcadia Resources, Inc., (NYSE Amex: KAD), a ~$100M home care, respiratory and pharmacy provider. While with Arcadia, Brady was primarily involved with all facets of marketing and business development – including joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.

In 2003, Brady co-founded PrairieStone Pharmacy, a retail chain of pharmacies, based in Minneapolis, MN. While at PriaireStone, Brady led the launch of DailyMed™ – a first-to-market and patented program geared to help high-risk patients better manage their medications. PrairieStone was named “Chain of the Year” by Drug Topics magazine in 2005.

Prior, Brady served two-years with Novartis Pharmaceuticals and also worked for NCS HealthCare (NASDAQ: NCSS), which through its initial public offering (IPO), became one of the nation’s largest long-term care pharmaceutical providers. Brady served on the Senior Management team, and led the development of a 50-person sales and marketing team. The Company was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies. Brady’s foray into health care was with Cardinal Health, Inc. Brady began his career in New York City with Edelman Worldwide.

Brady has served on advisory groups, trade organizations for pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers, group purchasing organizations and geriatric caregivers. Additionally, he has been involved with a number of non-profit organizations. Brady received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in 1992, with an emphasis in communications and business. Brady is married with three children.
